Files
Files of appointment, of promotion and of discipline are public, with the redactions Article 51 requires. Article 202(4) requires the results of a competition, the marks, the criteria applied and the composition of every examining board to be published.
Closing part of a sitting
Article 213(6): where the Council closes a part of a sitting for the protection of a complainant, it states the ground, publishes the order, and publishes the record upon the expiry of the period the order fixes.
This is the only ground on which any part of a sitting closes, and the record follows in every case. Article 213(4) voids a decision taken in a sitting closed to the public.
