The sites of the organs constituted by the Constitution, and of the licensed bodies outside them
This register publishes the Constitution. The organs constituted by it publish their own work, each on its own site, under Article 242(1). The directory of those sites is maintained by the Office of Constitutional Revision under Article 317.
Legislature and execution

Licensed bodies outside the state
The bodies below hold a licence the Republic grants and are audited in the use of common resources. None of them exercises public authority, and none of them represents an organ.

Foreign entities licensed under Article 21
Eleven entities constituted under foreign law hold a revocable licence under Article 21, granted for a term and withdrawable before it. They own nothing in the Republic, hold no right under Title III, can take no public function, and can in no case compel arbitration. Each is required to publish the conditions it holds its licence upon.
