The Free Republic of Reformed Luces Aporia

Portal of the Ministry of External Relations · published in the Republic of Fluid and hosted by its Public Register

This portal states what the Free Republic is, how it governs itself, and on what terms it exchanges with its neighbours. It contains the Constitution in force, a summary of it article by article, an account of the country, and the record of relations with the Republic of Fluid and with the Democratic Socialist Bloc.

The Ministry maintains no other public site outside Aporean territory. Where this portal and the Aporean Official Gazette differ, the Gazette governs.

The Amendments of 2025 and 2026

Between 2019 and 2024 the Assembly recorded four failures in the working of the economy: enterprises whose losses were met from the plan without limit, shortage met after the event by rationing, an accounting which measured money and left resources unmeasured, and labour held in employment that the plan had ceased to require. Three Amendments adopted on 27 February 2025 answered them, one from each party of the governing coalition. A fourth followed in 2026.

Amendment XII

Every enterprise operates within a ceiling in physical units. Support is public, capped, limited to three years, and names the people who granted it. Where recovery fails, the enterprise is reorganised or dissolved.

Party of Labour

Amendment XIII

Ecological budgets in physical units bind the plan, the budget and every enterprise ceiling. The Ecological Budget Office sets the sustainable levels and verifies the accounts on the premises.

Green Union

Amendment XIV

A list of goods and services provided free of charge at the point of use, extended at each planning period and reducible only by a two-thirds law on a finding that the resources are gone.

Communal Left

Amendment XV

Exchange with a Bloc counterparty that keeps its accounts in physical units is settled in goods, through one external account, with the marek left out of it.
