Composition upon the ordinary election of 4 July 2027 as projected from the register of lists. The interim National Council of one hundred members sits until that Assembly convenes.

Bills before the Assembly

Every bill is accompanied by a published assessment stating its effect on the rights of Title III, its effect on the ecological budgets, the resources its execution requires in physical units, and the persons and territories it affects. Under Article 134(2), no vote may be taken on a bill whose assessment is missing or clearly incomplete.

One bill is presently halted on that ground. The register of bills states each assessment.

Sixty days of public comment

Comment is open to any person and requires no interest in the bill. Comments arrive at any communal office, by letter, or through the public information system. The committee answers each substantiated objection in writing and publishes both.

Recall

The residents of a district may recall the member they have elected. A petition opens on the signatures of five per cent of the registered residents, collected within ninety days. The Electoral Commission conducts the vote.

One member has been recalled since the Constitution came into force. The register of recalls states each petition.
