Contents of a report
The scope examined, the registers and records inspected, the findings, and the corrections accepted. A report states no view about the content of any decision, and Article 214(6) voids an inspection touching the reasoning of a judgment.
The annual report
Laid before the Assembly, before the Judicial Council, and published. It states the inspections conducted, the proceedings opened, the grounds on which they were opened, and their outcome before the disciplinary panels.
The Judicial Council reports annually to the Assembly and to the public as well, and that report is debated in public sitting. Article 226(4) has the prosecution service report in aggregate, at annual intervals, on investigations touching a judge or a justice.
