Repealed constitutions
Preserved under Article 322(3) · citable as history, never as authority
A repealed text may be cited as history, as evidence of the intention of its makers, and as a record of the development of the Republic. In no case is a repealed text cited as authority, invoked as a source of right or obligation, or applied by any court or organ.
