Prevessa
Prevessa is a town of 94,000 residents in the sub-region of Anselaqui, in the Eastern Region of the Republic of Fluid. The market town of the mixed farming country inland from Leriduson.
Setting
Prevessa is set in rolling country of small fields, hedgerow and small woods, farmed in mixed rotation. The grain basin further south is farmed in monoculture. Anselaqui lies in the continental interior, where the rainfall maximum falls in June and July and the winter is the drier half of the year.
History
Prevessa was not industrialised. It supplied food through both blockades, and the Directorate set it no output target.
Work and provision
Mixed farming, dairy, the regional abattoir operated to the husbandry standards of Article 31(5), and the eastern branch of the seed and breed registry.
Government
Elected communal council under Article 141(2). Fourteen of the surrounding communes are governed by assembly in person.
