Sarnova
Sarnova is a town of 71,000 residents in the sub-region of Aspreduson, in the Western Region of the Republic of Fluid. The western frontier town, facing a border that has been shut since 1939.
Setting
Sarnova is on the southern territory, where the road once ran into Bor Brashavenko. Western Aspreduson shares the sheltered south-western climate, the warmest and sunniest of the four distinguished in the Republic. The sub-region holds 578,000 residents over 12,200 square kilometres, well below the density of the country as a whole.
History
The mercenaries who retook Lindoma in 1848 crossed here. The kingdom of Bor Brashavenko aligned with the Axis in 1939 and closed the border, and it has not reopened in eighty-seven years. Whether that state is life-limiting within the meaning of Article 288 is a finding the Assembly must make by July 2028.
Work and provision
Civil protection, upland farming, and the southern monitoring station. The garrison function ended with the Assembly Reform, and the barracks now house the regional civil protection stores held under Article 284.
Government
Elected communal council under Article 141(2).
Historic and descriptive record maintained by the Office of Constitutional Revision. It is not law.
