Report a divergence
Where the summary, a concept page or any page of the register differs from the text of the Constitution, a report may be made to the Office. The answer states reasons.
Article 315(4): every person may report a divergence between the summary and the text, and receives a reasoned answer.
Article 317(1): the Office corrects the official summary.
How to report one

What follows a report
Where the report is well founded, the summary is corrected and the correction published with the report that produced it. Four corrections have been made since commencement, and each is stated on the summary page.
Where the difficulty lies in the text itself, the matter enters the coherence report. One report of that kind produced the entry on Article 100(4) and Article 105 now standing as a contradiction between provisions.
The text governs
Article 315(3): the summary carries no legal force. It in no case creates, extends, restricts or interprets a right, an obligation or a competence, and no court decides a matter upon it.
A divergence is therefore a defect in this publication and never a change in the law. A person who acted upon a summary later found divergent has the text, and the courts decide upon the text.
Pages of the organ sites
The sites of the sixteen organs are published by each individual organ and linked from the external links page of this register. A divergence on any of them may be reported here, and the Office forwards it to the organ concerned with a copy of the answer given.
Any person may separately address an oversight office directly and receive a reasoned answer within the period organic law fixes.
