The register lists every audit opened, every finding published and every answer received or missing. Findings of compliance are entered on the same terms as findings of default.

Steel receipts exceeded the materials ceiling by 8.4 per cent across the period while output fell 3 per cent short of the plan. The excess arose from cutting patterns abandoned in 2019 and reinstated without notice. The yard has answered, has published the revised patterns, and has accepted a reduced ceiling for the following period.

Housing repair labour recorded against the plan exceeded the hours actually worked by 41,000 hours. The discrepancy arose from a double-entry in two ledgers, with no diversion of resources disclosed, and the accounts have been restated. The finding on truthfulness of accounts stands, and the communal council has answered on each point.
Planning Secretariat, computation of provisional balancesPublished
The variants published for that round omitted two of the five modelled scenarios for water allocation in the Eastern Region. The Secretariat has republished the full set with its assumptions. The Office records that publication of variants is a condition of the plan.

An audit of the physical accounts of custody, the provision made for the periods of custody owed, and the maintenance schedule of the stores. Conducted with the Commissioner for Future Generations, who examines the transfer of obligation to succeeding generations.
Courts of the Republic, annual auditOpen
Resources of the judiciary, the operation of the assignment system, the conduct of the judicial competitions, and the records of the Judicial Council. The data division of the Defender of Rights joins the audit of the assignment system.
Branch federation of transportPublished
Rolling stock retired eleven years before the useful life entered in the plan, with no record of the reason and no offer of the stock for repair. The federation has furnished no answer within the sixty days allowed. The failure is recorded here and enters the annual report.
Commune of TorvenaPublished
Water drawn 12 per cent below the ceiling and provision maintained in full. The audit found the accounts truthful and the purposes of the plan met. Findings of compliance are published on the same terms as findings of default.

Form of a reference
A reference reads A, year, sequence. The date of opening, the date of publication and the date of the answer are recorded for each audit. An organ named in a finding has sixty days to answer publicly, in writing, upon each point. A failure to answer is recorded in the following report and remains on the register.
One body has failed to answer in the current period. The transport federation received the finding of November 2025 and has furnished no answer. The failure is recorded above and enters the annual report the Office states before the Assembly for debate in public sitting.
Machine-readable form
Article 242(1) requires findings, reports, audits and recommendations to be published in full, in open and machine-readable form, free of charge, with the redactions the law requires and with the dissenting opinions of members of the college. The register above is a view of the same data. Every entry in the register appears in the file, and every entry in the file appears in the register.
